These Anglo Saxon rune stones, also known as ruthorc, were used from the 5th century until around the 10th. The symbols were used largely for manuscripts and engravings and this selection of eight have been made into attractive pendants, each with an information card. These are made from water buffalo bone and are a by-product of animal husbandry.
