This truly stunning piece of craftsmanship features the vajra mandala, the flower of life motif and the 'Ashtamangala' (the eight auspicious symbols of Tibetan Buddhism). These symbols represent the offerings made by the gods immediately after Shakyamuni Buddha gained enlightenment. This extra large, heavy weight gong has been individually hand hammered and etched in Kathmandu, and comes supplied with a beater and strung on good quality cotton rope. Unique item. There is only one of these available.
