These absolutely stunning works of folk art are hand produced in Peru by a small specialist workshop. These brown coloured styles feature highly detailed etchings and very intricate scenes of life in Peru. Around the outside there are scenes of traditional daily Peruvian life including cooking, farming with oxen and herding llamas! The top of the gourd is decorated with a complex and beautiful pattern of spirals and interweaving shapes. These beautiful and unique pieces are fantastic works of art and extremely detailed examples such as these are much sought after by collectors.
